I want to nourish my baby and myself whilst pregnant so what are the best things for me to eat during the nine months?

Make sure you get plenty of starch and protein into you in the first 8 weeks. Have loads of vegetables and fruit throughout, they all help the baby grow with natural vitamins and minerals.
Eggs, broccoli, sweet potato and plenty of lean meat are good in the diet when you’re pregnant. Just don’t stuff yourself with junk food – you are what you eat, or your baby will be!
