There’s so much to remember when pregnant and I feel like I already have baby brain. What should I not eat during pregnancy?

Don’t eat shellfish, eggs or liver when you are pregnant. Be careful that everything is fully cooked, even an undercooked ready meal could be bad news at this time.
I don’t think there’s too much you need to worry about – just ensure everything is cooked right through – don’t eat meat on the bone, or any processed meat. Don’t eat anything raw, apart from fruit.
Avoid raw foods – raw meat, raw seafood, anything on the bone. Don’t have caffeinated beverages or anything unpasteurized. Avoid cheese like Roquefort and Brie, or goat’s cheese.
