Before I got pregnant I could sleep like the dead. I mean, head hit the pillow and it was lights out for at least six hours. Now, I toss and turn all freaking night. I’ve never had insomnia and I feel like im dying. How can I improve my sleep while pregnant?

Just try and wear yourself out and find a comfortable position. Sleep will come eventually.
Sleeping during pregnancy can suck. It’s safest to sleep on your left side, and setting up a regular bedtime routine can help. Its also a good idea to purchase a body pillow that you can use to support your legs and hips. This will alleviate pain and make you more comfortable.
