I’m really scared that I’m going to end up on bed rest or delivering early if I can’t get my blood pressure under control. What can I do to lower my blood pressure during my pregnancy?

Your diet can play a part in lowering your blood pressure. Cut back on salt, stay away from caffeine, and try to get a little easy exercise every day. Talk to your OB and ask about medications or other lifestyle changes that can help. It’s also a good idea to try meditation and other calming activities to get rid of stress.
