My husband and I are trying for a baby and we want to plan in advance to make sure everything goes as well as it can. What do you suggest for a healthy pregnancy?

Take pre-natal vitamins and eat really well. Make sure you hydrate and drink loads of water. Stay active but also get plenty of rest – sleep now cos you won’t get much sleep later!
Try not to stress out too much. Make sure you cut out all the unhealthy things (except chocolate – you’re allowed that once in awhile!) and go for regular walks if you can.
