Take folic acid, it helps. Also, do regular exercise, even just walking. Rest, believe me, your body needs it – it is doing all the hard work, so the more rest you get, the calmer baby will be.
Eat salmon or sardines once a week, do some gentle exercise and follow everything your doctor tells you. Stretch daily, calm your mind and nourish your body well throughout.
Well, I suppose first, don’t drink, smoke or take drugs whilst pregnant, these will all harm your baby. Then don’t do any extreme sports. Eat well – fruit, veg - a balanced diet. Treat yourself well, don’t get stressed.
